Reviews

I recently had car problems coming home from work on I35 & Belt Line rd., having some what of mechanic experience I knew it was my transmission, I started to dial some local mechanics shops but every single one of them told me the same thing "that it was late in the day & they were fixing to close" Until i called American Transmission and not only were they willing to take a look at my car late in the day but they also sent over a tow truck to pick up my vehicle free of charge. The following day after diagnosing my vehicle, the manager explained to me what the problem was in great detail, & recommended I replace various parts in order for me not to have problems in the future, the manager made me feel in control of giving me options and didn't feel pressured at all like some other places I've been to where they try to make me buy extra services that i might or might not need. After i picked up my car i haven't had a problem with it and honestly if i have read the previous review i probably wouldn't of took my car there but the way things happened I'm glad they were there when i needed them & there's a reason there still in business after so many years!
